Yas Beach Residences is a premium residential development in the north-western corner of the Yas Bay Masterplan for Yas Island. The development consists of over 360 apartments overlooking the sea and back towards the world-famous Formula One racetrack. The form of the building is inspired by marine architecture and the roof takes inspiration from the tail of a falcon.
