As part of the Bay Walk area of King Abdulla Economic City, the Think Tank development was created as an idea to help regenerate and re-purpose this the existing Emaar Sales centre and use the land adjacent for retail, education and community functions. The planning allows for smooth public circulation and the library component is an iconic structure which leans out across the public promenade.
