Concept Design

Select Bay Masterplan was competed as part of an invitation only design competition with Select Group. The brief was to develop a mixed-use Island waterfront community with a destinational and exquisite waterfront promenade. The defined GFA requirements  were distributed into two signature towers, two secondary towers, lofts, mid-rise blocks and podium town-houses to create a diverse range of residential product. The waterfront promenade was designed for a diverse variety of retail and F&B opportunities, plus residential amenities.
