Concept Design
The Water Park Hotel will be a unqiue and exemplary hospitality development in the centre of the new Qiddiya Masterplan to the West of Riyadh. The hotel will comprise of 400 keys and include a number of premium villas that will sit on top of a parking and BOH podium.
The design has been developed to be in keeping with the layered rock of the geological context and green planters to bring the feeling of nature into each room of the hotel.
