The development is a reclaimed island located just off the southern tip of the Khobar Corniche. The project consists of a range of F&B outlets, plus selected retail units. The shape of the island is based on the outline of a manta ray, to create a sense of contextualism. There is a cinema on the upper level of the retail and the car parking is spread over two levels beneath the podium.
