OmtoArchitects developed a Mixed Use development in the heart of Accra, Ghana. The Project consists of a Community Mall on the Ground Floor, a Hotel, an office building and two residential buildings connected via a shared Podium. The car parking located in the basement. The project serves as a new metropolitan centre within the heart of the city to attract shoppers and city-dwellers to its active core.
