Guzape is a master development consisting of a standard terrace unit type on a topographically complex site in a prestigious location in Abuja. The masterplan was developed to maximise views towards the city of Abuja. OmtoArchitects delivered the masterplanning, the housing unit layouts for the townhouse type and executed the façade design to client requirements.
