The development is situated in a prime location along the corniche of Jeddah, with outstanding views across the Red Sea. The Project consists of residential units, a business hotel, a community mall with associated F&B and family entertainment and the relocation of Sedco Development HQ.
The design takes inspiration from the colours and forms of the local cultural architecture. The form of the towers are also inspired by the local Dhow boats which continue to operate around the Arabian peninsular to this day.
