OmtoArchitects developed the initial pre-concept design for an upgrade to the existing car park facade of the Dubai Festival Plaza mall. The existing grey mesh was dark and uninviting which the mall team wanted to improve. The proposal suggested a media facade using innovative lighting programming technology to create an array of effects. The team created the engineering drawings and undertook the execution of the works on site to an excellent standard.
