OmtoArchitects developed another community mall development in a similar style and scale to Yas Souk in another location in Abu Dhabi. The development consists of a supermarket anchor with accompanying line retail units and F&B offerings as well as drive thru restaurants and community facilities. There is a running and cycle track around the periphery of the plot with an indoor multi-purpose sports hall for a range of indoor sport and community events. There is also an adventure playground, splash park and skate-park as part of the overall development.
