OmtoArchitects team delivered a concept design of a new upgraded facade for the Dubai Festival City Mall. The brief was to avoid any costly demolition to avoid any mall closures during construction. The concept was to add layers to the existing facade elements to increase interest and ultimately attract customers to the experience.
