OmtoArchitects developed the initial pre-concept design for an upgrade to the existing M&S facade of the Dubai Festival City mall. The existing facade was coloured and unappealing. The proposal suggested multiple options, but settled on a varied vertical fins and vertical lighting strips. The team created the engineering drawings and undertook the execution of the works on site to an excellent standard.
