The Project aims to unleash a new concept in the Kingdom - A self-contained co-live/co-work/co-play development in the heart of Khobar. A strip of retail lines the main road with a boulevard of landscaped spaces and hidden, water-filled courtyards.

The development is targeting towards young people and entrepreneurs who want to live and work in the same location and enjoy living in apartments whilst using shared facilities and amenities.
