Marassi, Egypt
OmtoArchitects delivered a concept design for a 5 star hospitality development within the Emaar Marassi Masterplan in Northern Egypt.
The team also development the interiors which were developed to reflect a greek/mykonos/beachy vibe. Each of the units were planned to be connected to a lagoon pool with direct access to the water and day-beds which extended across and into the water body.
Riyadh, KSA
The OmtoArchitects Team developed the full design packages for the whole project in coordination with our interior design partner. The engineering work was developed in BIM where all of the MEP and structure components were skillfully coordinated. The project is currently under construction.
Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
The site is part of an existing community of local vernacular villas with a native Emirati population. The project consists of a small retail offering with a supermarket anchoring the experience. The site also has a generous outdoor running & cycle track & other children's adventure activities. There are two drive thru restaurants as well as other outdoor temporary kiosks.
